Our Return Promise

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at Skin Bar, you may return the item in its original packaging within 10 days of your shipment receipt date.

Your satisfaction is our primary goal; please carefully review our return instructions and policy below.

Return Instructions – 5 Easy Steps to No Hassle Returns

Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return policy below.

  1. All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase.
  2. Obtain return authorization. All returns require prior authorization, or they will not be accepted. Before returning any items, please email your order number, name and reason for return to service@skinbar.com.sg to obtain a return authorization number. Return acceptance is at the discretion of Skin Bar. DO NOT return anything until you receive a confirmation from Skin Bar.
  3. Approved return items must be unopened and in new condition, along with the product's original packaging.
  4. Items should be returned via insured mail* within 10 days of purchase with return number written on the outside of the box. No returns will be accepted without this number. Items must be received in good condition, or shipment will not be accepted.
  5. Please include the following when making a return: A copy of your invoice, reason for return, credit card number and expiration date so that we may properly credit the return. Please insure your return so that the product arrives safely.

    *If items are returned due to defect, we will refund you the shipping cost (registered mail).

Refund

  1. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
  2. Credit will be issued for the returned product, less shipping and handling. We do not reimburse customs fees/duties/ taxes on returned products from international shipments.
  3. We make all refunds by the credit card account you used to purchase from us. We usually process all refunds within 3 to 5 business days after the item is returned. Depending on your credit card company, there may be a slight delay before your refund is credited to your account.

* Please take note shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
