Shipping & Cut-off time

Singapore Shipping

  • Door to door delivery is included for all orders above S$80. A flat rate S$6 is charged otherwise.
  • We deliver to any address in Singapore EXCEPT the airports, offshore islands, Jurong Islands,
    military installations, prisons, ports, construction sites and PO boxes.
  • The estimated shipping time is 2 to 4 business days.
  • Our courier delivers between Mondays to Fridays (excl. Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)
  • *Available delivery time slots: Afternoon: 12pm - 5pm AND Evening: 5pm -8pm

*For your convenience, please select a preferred time slot during Check Out. We will try our best to deliver according to the chosen time slot, subject to postal delay.

International Shipping

  • Shipping is included for all international orders above S$300 (Singapore Dollars). A flat rate S$29 is charged otherwise.
  • For customers in Malaysia, a flat rate S$19 is charged.
  • For international delivery, the estimated time is 5 – 10 business days via registered mail.
  • Tracking number will be provided for all shipments.
  • We do not charge Singapore Good and Services Tax (GST, also known as VAT) for overseas orders.

IMPORTANT: Depending on your country’s import laws, you may have to pay import taxes for your order.

NOTES:

  1. Please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address as we are unable to redirect your order once it has have been dispatched
  2. If nobody is at your shipping addess when delivery is attempted, you will be left a card explaining how you can get your parcel. Please do not leave it too long as most parcels are returned to us after 7 days. You will be recharged postal costs if you wish us to resend an unclaimed or returned parcel.

Cut-Off Time:

  • Our daily cut-off time is 09:00am (Singapore time), Mondays to Fridays.
  • Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays* will be processed on the following business day.
